Expert Talk «Updates on Ukraine’s Court Reform»

The event will start with the presentation of the latest issue of the Court Index survey conducted by the European Business Association and AEQUO law firm. We will proceed with the discussion of the survey results and court reform progress updates, particularly the issues of judicial independence, organizational challenges and peculiarities of courts’ work in wartime, digitalization of court services, etc.
