About the event

The agricultural sector remains one of the most attractive for investment even in times of war. To explore more deeply its potential, the European Business Association will hold a special event dedicated to the current state and future prospects of the Ukrainian agri-food sector. The event will take place on April 4 at 16:00 Kyiv time and will bring together key industry players, policy makers, and experts to address both the challenges and opportunities facing Ukrainian agriculture on its path to EU accession, especially in light of the ongoing war.

Key issues to be discussed:

  • Challenges and changes that the agricultural sector needs to make in preparation for EU membership;
  • The future of agrilogistics and its impact on Ukrainian agricultural exports;
  • New financing and insurance options to empower Ukrainian agribusiness;
  • Mine clearance of agricultural land and its role in ensuring food security.

  • MYKOLA SOLSKYI Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine
  • ALEXANDR SAMOHVALOV CEO Loostdorf, Head of EBA Dairy Committee
  • PHILIPP VON MICHAELIS CEO, Global Clearance Solutions AG
