The data controller, which collects and processes your personal data in connection with sending this application, is the Global Business for Ukraine Association (“the GB4U Association”) incorporated as an association (Verein) according to the legislation of Switzerland.

The following personal data (if provided by you): last name, first name, contact phone number, and corporate email address of the primary contact person will be collected and processed. Please note that in order to execute the Memorandum of understanding between the GB4U Association and the European Business Association (“the EBA Ukraine”) that will allow, among other benefits, to optimize and centralize data processing operations, your personal data will be transferred to the EBA Ukraine as a partner organization that will act as a data processor. Unfortunately, Ukraine as the third country has not been recognized as the country that offers an adequate level of protection of personal data neither by a decision of the European Commission nor the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) yet. However, the EBA Ukraine respects data privacy, treats your personal data with due responsibility, and has its Privacy Policy in force.

2 — We will process the personal data (e-mail) of the person who possesses the authority to conduct legally binding actions on behalf of your company (e.g., CEO, managing partner, President of the Board, etc.) to enable his/her participation and voting, upon due accession to the GB4U, in the General Assembly of the organization (held annually). Please note, that within the mentioned purpose, we may share respective personal data with e-voting platforms (such as ElectionBuddy) and mailing services (such as Mailchimp) that process personal data according to their privacy policies. The GB4U Privacy Policy also applies to our processing of the personal data mentioned above.
