CheckEye celebrates 3 years – three years that have changed the game in healthcare!

Our journey began with an ambitious goal: to make early detection of chronic diseases accessible to everyone. Today, we’re not just a startup, but a leader in medical technology, reshaping the future of healthcare.

Three years ago, we launched launched Europe’s first nationwide screening for diabetic retinopathy. This project was a continuation of the "See the Colorful World" program and was implemented with the support of the Ukrainian Diabetic Federation and the Filatov Institute. Our goal — preventing vision loss — has been achieved!

🌍 We’ve expanded our horizons and are now a recognized leader in medical technologies. Over these three years, we’ve won the EIT Health InnoStars Awards, received the “Rising Star” award from Deloitte, triumphed at the Advanced Technologies & Treatments for Diabetes (ATTD) Tech Fair, and were included in Techosystem’s Top 100 Rising Startups.

We’ve also secured grants from organizations like EBRD, WNISEF, Seeds of Bravery, the European Union, and more, which have helped us scale and grow.

Thanks to strategic investments from Marien Apotheke, Austria’s largest pharmacy chain, we’ve opened doors to expanding across Europe.

We’ve also launched a pilot project in Germany, marking a key step in our international expansion.

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and grateful to our partners whose support has been instrumental in this journey. Our AI technology continues to save lives by preventing complications before they happen.
